Had their Shoyu ramen and Takoyaki and it's so good. Both is a 10/10. I also appreciate them putting the sauces for the Takoyaki separate so it doesn't get soggy during the drive home. Lowkey, this is a hidden gem

Had rizin again for lunch today. As always so good. The Tan Tan ramen with spicy sesame miso broth and ground pork is delicious! Love adding shredded leeks to it. Not as fancy as others in town just simply better!

Love coming to this place. A very simple menu and atmospheres the staff is always very kind and the wait isn't usually too long. The best ramen in town as the place is owned by a Japanese team. If you haven't checked our Rizin you've got to put it on your list of places to eat! Food is great and the price is right.

My daughter and I stopped in on a recent Saturday night and loved the experience! One order of ramen easily feeds 2 but we also ordered some potstickers and a roll. Everything was delicious, price was exceptional ($28 total) and service was amazing

Yum! This is my third ramen spot I have tried in Omaha this week, and it is my favorite so far! Coming from the west coast, I was really interested to see what the ramen here is like. Plenty of parking, quick service, good prices. I got the tonkotsu ramen ($11.45) and added a soft boiled egg ($1.50). Definitely add the egg! I am a big broth person, and the other spots I tried here in Omaha didn't really satisfy my ramen broth cravings. The tonkotsu broth here was good! Seems like a small local hole in the wall type of location. Would recommend :)

Rizin Ramen is pretty close to our house so we have been there many times, but I just thought to review them now. Let me tell you, if you are a fan of traditional ramen - this is your spot! The interior is bright and clean with a black, white, grey, and red color palette. When you walk in there is a cute little waiting area with a booth and their logo (and we have had to wait a few times we've went so I appreciate that). There are several tables in the dining area, and they're ALWAYS full when we have gone and that's definitely how you know it's good (along with the waiting area they need to have LOL) The service is fabulous, with our server (on our last visit) checking on each table so many times - and considering they were so busy with patrons - she was killing it, keeping up with everyone! My husband and I will usually each get a ramen bowl and one or two sushi rolls to share. Our favorite sushi options are the Vegas Roll and the California Crab Roll. They are both crab with the California Roll being more refreshing and light and the Vegas Roll being deep fried and having cream cheese in there with the crab. Both are amazing! For ramen, I usually like the Miso Bowl, that has chicken and pork broth. It comes with a large piece of pork inside that literally melts in your mouth. The broth is super tasty and smooth with the mixture of the two flavors (chicken and pork) kind of cutting each other and making their own little creamy chicken-noodle-soup style taste. My hubs will usually get the Tonkatsu, which is in a solely pork broth, and also has the mouthwatering pork pieces, but he orders extra of the pork and also adds corn (which is a good idea, I might do that next time). If you're in the mood for authentic ramen that won't break the bank, definitely give Rizin a try!

I just wanted to update this by saying that, after having traveled to Japan, and also gone down the West Coast eating Ramen in different places, this place is possibly the closest you can get to a small town authentic Japanese Ramen place in terms of flavor. That being said of course there's many varieties and flavor profiles in Japan but coming here takes me back to rural Japan any day.

Very nice and friendly staff. Clean and neatly decorated restaurant. I like when you can see the kitchen... it was very clean and well organized. I ordered the Tan Tan, which is the spicy miso base with chicken & pork broth. I thought it was perfect and everything complimented the next to make a perfect dish. This is the perfect dish to eat on a cold Omaha day. I also ordered the Kara-Age, which is fried chicken and I thought it was cooked very nice, seasoned perfect and tasted great. Prices were reasonable and I thought the prices for add-in were fair. Warning, the only protein they serve with ramen is pork. But this was fine for me. I look forward to returning and trying other items on their menu.
